Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to bookings, consultations, yoga sessions, wellness programs, diet plans, teacher training and other services offered by Asma Fitness. By purchasing or booking any service, you agree to this policy.

All payments must be completed before the commencement of paid services unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be made using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, international cards or other supported payment methods.

Clients may cancel a booked consultation or session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled to another mutually convenient date and time, subject to availability.

Repeated requests for rescheduling may be declined at the discretion of Asma Fitness.

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be treated as completed and no refund or replacement session will be provided.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

Completed consultations, attended sessions, personalized diet plans, teacher training fees already utilized and services already delivered are generally non-refundable.

Refunds or alternative arrangements may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Asma Fitness, including technical issues, duplicate payments or situations where services cannot reasonably be delivered.

If a scheduled consultation or class is cancelled by Asma Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either a suitable rescheduled session or a refund, where applicable.

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us promptly with your payment details. We will review the matter and work towards a fair resolution.

Asma Fitness reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
